Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation via email or SMS. You agree to provide accurate delivery and contact information.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment is required at the time of order. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store or have access to your full payment card details. Your use of Stripe is subject to its own terms and privacy policies.

Delivery

We deliver only to designated service areas. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Orders may be delivered contactlessly and left at the door or designated delivery location provided by the customer unless otherwise requested. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address information
  • Unsafe or inaccessible delivery conditions Once an order has been delivered to the address or designated delivery location provided by the customer, responsibility for the order transfers to the customer. We are not responsible for the quality, condition, temperature, or safety of products left unattended after delivery.

Cancellations and Refunds

Orders may only be canceled more than forty-eight (48) hours prior to the scheduled delivery time. If there is an issue with your order, you must contact us within two (2) hours of delivery. We are unable to provide refunds for:

  • Orders canceled within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery
  • Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer
  • Failed deliveries caused by inaccessible delivery locations or delivery barriers beyond our control
  • Customer taste preferences Refunds, replacements, credits, or other resolutions may be offered in situations involving incorrect orders, missing items, verified quality concerns, or delivery issues caused directly by us, and are determined at our sole discretion.

Food and Allergen Disclaimer

Our products are prepared in a kitchen that may handle common allergens, including wheat, dairy, eggs, nuts, and soy. We do not guarantee that any product is completely free of allergens.

Intellectual Property
